This song is symbolic for a multitude of reasons, but first I want to say I'm trying to end the year on a high note. It's Christmas Eve, and I wanna release a track as a reminder to myself of whats to come. 2018 brought a lot of challenges. A lot of mishaps, setbacks, re-evaluations and some very very deep soul searching. I put out a tape and it flopped (again). I thought that was going to be my way into this game/industry (again), but my assumption was wrong. I will push forward and move on. The lessons learned will be carried into 2019. This is a gift to myself. This is perseverance. This is what years of building has surmounted to. A new sound. A new me. A new beginning. Perfect timing is everything I've worked on and worked towards. I look forward to the journey that lies ahead. Merry Christmas to the 5 people who read this blog. Day ones will never be forgotten.
